Puding Roti bakar dengan sos kastard ~ senang~

salam sejuk... ualls
wahhhh gitu.. musim-musim hujan ni kan.. Pink heArt ni dah jadi cam blog resepi pulak hihihih

kali ni Erin belanja korang resepi puding roti pulak.. 
before ni Erin buat versi kering...

Kali ni Erin buat versi moist sket.

Bahan-bahanya:

UNTUK PUDING ROTI:

500ml susu segar (erin guna Ducthlady Full creame)
3 biji telur
1 sudu esen vanilla
8 keping roti
2 sudu butter
chocolate bar (Erin guna vochelle la..)
kalo nk tambah choclate cip ngan kismis pon boleh

Bahan-bahan SOS KASTART:
1 tin susu cair
2 sudu kastard
3 sudu gula
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla.

Cara-cara:
1. Rendamkan roti dalam susu dan butter.Erin hancur-hancurkan.
2. Pukul telur, esen vanilla dan gula. tuang dalam roti tadi.
3. Patah-patahkan chocolate bar.. then taburkan.
4. Bakar dalam oven. Erin guna suhu 180'  

Untuk buat sos kastard
Campurkan jer semua bahan-bahan tu, Kemudian masak sampai gula cair. Hati-hati  jagan sampai susu tu pecah-pecah.
